We monitor weather 24/7 and begin plowing:
During the storm (for commercial and heavy accumulation), and
After the storm ends for standard residential driveways.
What time will you arrive at my property?
Arrival times vary based on route order, snowfall intensity, and property size.
Seasonal customers receive priority placement.
Can I request a specific time slot?
We do our best to accommodate, but exact times cannot be guaranteed during storms.
Where do you place the snow?
Snow is pushed to the safest and most practical location on your property.
What happens during blizzards or deep snow (over 6")?
Storms over 6" fall under our extended storm pricing tier.
We return as many times as necessary to keep your property accessible.
Do you offer emergency plowing?
Yes — emergency storm response is available for an additional fee.
When is payment due?
Per-storm service: due 24 hours after each storm
Seasonal contracts: deposit required, balance due by the agreed date

Yes, seasonal contracts require a deposit to reserve your spot on the route.
